Returns Policy

Returns of a product for a refund or exchange must be made within 5 working days of receipt of the product, and must be in a new condition with the swing ticket attached. 

Delivery Information

In order to keep the delivery cost as low as possible for our customers, our chosen delivery method is by NZ Post or by a 2 day courier service, depending on the size of items ordered. Please see the chart below for estimated delivery times. Please note, this is a guide only and delivery times may vary. We endeavor to ship your order within 24 hrs of receiving it and you will be contacted if there is any delay in dispatching your goods. If you require an overnight courier delivery please email us prior to placing your order and we can advise on charges for this service.

Cost of delivery.

The cost of delivery varies depending on the weight, size and combination of items ordered this is calculated per item as you add items to the shopping cart. If you want to check shipping cost before ordering you can add items to your cart with no commitment to purchase.
